Step 1: Initial Assessment – Starts with your consultation call. A consultation is important to ensure that I am a good fit to help you with your individual challenges. At this time you can provide more information on the presenting problem, your prior attempts to solve the situation, and ask questions you may have.
Step 2: Information gathering & Self-Awareness Development – You will be supported with identifying the areas past, present or anxieties about the future that are contributing to your current challenges and are affecting your life. At this time you will create goals and a workable plan to reach those goals.
Step 3: Healing, Peace, Growth and Restoration – This is were you do the work. Now it's time to address the challenges you are facing and work toward materializing the results you desire.
Step 4: Application, Maintenance Planning & Discharge – Once we have addressed the past, you have an understanding of your present situation, and are applying what you have learned into your life to resolve what led you to seek therapy you will begin to transition out of therapy.

Evaluation & Self-Awareness – Understanding and assessment of your individual situation and the challenges you are facing. You will be supported in identifying and verbalizing what you want to achieve in your life.
Creating Goals– You will be supported with creating and/or refining your goals into realistic achievable goals in line with the life you envision for yourself.
Planning & Execution – You will identify your strengths, weaknesses, skills and resources. You will also address obstacles and challenges (both internal and external) that have prevented you from reaching your goals or having the life you desire. Developing a plan to reach your life goals.
Reflecting & Maintenance – Reflecting on what is working well and what needs improvement. Maintaining and continuing your progress.
