At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: healing and growth are both possible.
Hi, I’m Kedra—a licensed mental health counselor, mental health & wellness coach, and certified breathwork instructor. I hold a bachelor’s degree in sociology and anthropology with a minor in psychology, and a master’s degree in mental health counseling.
My professional experience in the mental health field gave me a deep understanding of how healing happens. But my personal journey showed me the importance of taking healing a step further—into action, alignment, and everyday life. That’s why I created both Doing The Possible Counseling and She Empowered Her to offer women a safe space to heal and a supportive space to grow.
I began this journey by creating Doing The Possible Counseling, a space rooted in professional therapy, evidence-based practices, and mental health resources. It was built to give women a safe place to process their experiences, navigate challenges, and begin their path toward healing.
But as I walked alongside women in their journeys, I noticed something: many of us were ready for the next step. Healing opened the door, but what came after? I wanted to provide more than insight—I wanted to help with transformation. I wanted to help with creating systems, routines, and communities that helped my clients create lives they could truly enjoy.
That vision gave rise to She Empowered Her—a natural extension of my work that moves beyond counseling into holistic wellness. It’s a space for women to grow, thrive, and align their goals with their lives through coaching, classes, workshops, retreats, membership, and resources designed for everyday empowerment.
Together, Doing The Possible and She Empowered Her create a full circle of support:
Both are guided by the same heartbeat: to help women feel calm, seen, supported, and empowered as they take intentional steps forward.
Because you don’t have to start over to create the life you want—you can begin right where you are. And together, we’ll build from there.
I work with women who are ready to embrace the next chapter of their lives—women who want more than survival, who are ready to thrive.
Most of the women I work with are looking for clarity, structure, and support to move from reflection into action. They want to feel at peace with their past while also building a future they’re excited about.
Whether through therapy, coaching, or community, I’m here to guide women who are serious about stepping into the lives they desire—with confidence, calm, and purpose.
